What is the process of getting Veneers?
The veneer process usually requires two visits because the casings will be fabricated at a dental laboratory. At the first appointment the teeth are prepared, impressions are taken, and the teeth are given a temporary covering. In two to three weeks the casings are back from the laboratory, the temporaries are removed and the fabricated casings are bonded to the teeth. The laboratory-fabricated veneers are usually made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are very esthetic. Our doctors have vast experience in helping create attractive, natural looking results. If you are interested in veneers or other cosmetic dentistry, please call our office for more information or to set up an appointment.
