Hi Guys, Tom and I wanted to give you an overview of everything we know about the event so far. While some of this is subject to change, the bulk of this information is pretty set in stone. I’ll continue to update this post if anything changes, so reference this first before calling us with questions.
Event Date: Saturday, 4/18/2015
Location: The Gathering Place at Gardner Village, 1100 W 7800 S, Building 24, West Jordan, UT 84088
Dress: Formal w/Nametags (We haven’t decided yet if we’re coordinating colors)
3:00pm – Employee Arrival
3:30pm – Patients Begin to Arrive
3:45pm – Dinner is Served
4:45pm – 6:30-ish – Main Program and Final Giveaway
Don’t forget that you’re allowed to bring one guest with you. Bear in mind, however, that we will be needing help from some of you to make the event run as smoothly as possible. Staff who volunteer their assistance are automatically added to our secret list of people who are awesome.
